1. Non-Receipt of Merchandise
If you do not receive your order, contact us immediately.
We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Claims must be made within 30 days of reported delivery date.

All returns require approval and an RA number.

Final sale. Not returnable once production begins.
