1. Non-Receipt of Merchandise

If you do not receive your order, contact us immediately.
We will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Claims must be made within 30 days of reported delivery date.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
Unused
Unassembled
In original condition
In original packaging

3. Return Authorization

All returns require approval and an RA number.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Non-Defective Returns

Original shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable
Item must pass inspection

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
No restocking fee applies.

6. Custom & Special Orders

Final sale. Not returnable once production begins.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
